After you have paid for the chosen item(s), you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be ready for you at the Hok. If you don’t pick it up a month after you paid the item, the item will be placed on the webshop again. Note: when this happens, you will not get your money back since you have agreed with these terms and conditions when buying the item.

There is a no-return policy. After you have bought and picked up your item, you cannot return it and you will not receive your money back.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 virus, the deadline given for picking up your item at the Hok starts when the Hok is open again. If you cannot pick it up within this deadline due to any reasons related to this virus, please contact info@offscreen.nl.
