1. BUY ALL THE FOOD YOU LOVE
Food always helps in any situation. We all know you are what you eat, so I say: Treat yo’self! One extra cookie (or seven) never hurt nobody so why would it hurt you?
2. FIND THE PERFECT SNUGGLE OUTFIT
Now that you have all the food ready within hands reach, it’s time for the look. Snuggy, comfy, baggy and warm are all perfect prerequisites for this outfit. Onesies often do the trick. But you can also wear that one sweater that you just loooove, you know which one I’m talking about.
3. BIN.. BIN.. BINGE-WATCH!
You’re comfortable, fed and completely relaxed on the couch or in bed. It’s time to empty your mind and just fill your heart with the joy of shamelessly binge-watching everything you want.
4. PLAY ALL THE SONGS AND SING ALONG
In case your eyes get tired from binge watching or you just want to lay your head down and relax. Listen to your favorite artist or song on replay. Just breathe and press play to enjoy.
